Replying to a Workflow Message

Messages are used to communicate information to and from an insurance company. These messages are received automatically in CCC ONE. To reply to a workflow message sent by an insurance company, use the workfile Events feature.

To reply to a message

1. Open the workfile.
2. Select the Events tab.
3. Select New Event from the toolbar. The New Event screen opens.
4. Select Autoverse Message event type from the Event droplist.
5. Enter the information as needed.
6. Click Save and Close or Save and New.
